Episode 11. Nonprofit Salaries
Jim and Matt Rinella discuss the eye-popping salaries paid to some hunting nonprofit CEOs. While salaries may be taboo to criticise, it's hard to ignore what these nonprofit CEOs make in a year. Other topics include Hunters For Access updates and what hunting influencers will do to gain Instagram followers.

I’m a newer hunter. I started in 2020 after I finished college. I’m in my upper 20’s with a wife and young kids. I live in south Jersey, with not a lot of money and opportunities to hunt other big game animals than deer. I’m trying to get down to the heart of the matter. Like I said I’m newer to hunting so I consume a lot of hunting media. I’m interested in the history and future of hunting for me, my family and others. What’s the end goal of not watching media and promoting different types of hunting. I hear that things are getting crowded in other states. But to my knowledge the number of hunters has gone down over the years but spiked up over the past few years. What’s the issue with having more hunters. Isn’t it good for the overall community to have a larger voice. I understand some places might not be like they used to be but that’s just life. Things change for the worse and some for the better. My hope and thought is while some places are getting over hunted, others are getting under hunter and other people have an opportunity to hunt another area. It’s just harder work than it was before and maybe a different area.
